This was a fantastic reality check on who I am right now, or who I was yesterday? And where do I really want to go, and really helping me to define that. And it's just been really powerful, to be able to take these learnings and all of the resources and education and meeting up and hearing other stories, knowing that I'm not alone, that we all, we all struggle with the same things. And that's why it's so crucial to be part of these circles.

I have absolutely loved the last four days. You know, it's it's a time commitment, but it's worth it to invest in myself. And, of course, yesterday session was very powerful for me, personally. But when one of the biggest takeaways is really accountability, being responsible for my own success.

I think that many of us are really lacking the tools to be great leaders. It's not taught. We don't learn this in school. And unless we go out seeking our own personal development, we're not going to get this. And so for me to join in, I absolutely want to join next year!

It's a really safe environment to explore deep, deep issues around self fulfillment I, I really do. And that is both personally and professionally applicable. And can just help you to, to, as you say, take off and peel back the layers to really enable you and empower you to break through, you know, your obstacles.

I think that your [Camilla's] synthesis of this information is unique. The information I have gotten from other sources delivered in different ways. But I think what's really unique about you is yes, it's focused on life sciences, it's universally applicable. But you do it in a very sensitive way. And you do it at a tempo that enables people to slow down. And well, I'll say it's non threatening. And it's, it allows you to be vulnerable. And this whole vulnerability piece, it's, it's key. It's key to all of it.

 It means so much. And in total, which I didn't say anything in the beginning, but I think it's the ownership of things that has really come into me, I own the story, the change, the everything, and using it and like I said, and I have been worse lately, in the last couple of days, I've forgotten my morning routines, my evening routines and so on. And then I go down, but also starting to pick up again and realizing that's what missing. And when I started again, it it gets it gets me back on track.

I think is it's just brilliant, you [Camilla] can pick up things. And I have to say I have been quiet today. But it's so much going on in my head, and so many aha moments that I can't wait, I will probably send you a poll after it. So I don't forget all the things I want to bring up in the next session.
