We will:
- Unearth inherited beliefs, family blueprints, and loyalty contracts running your life in the background
- Map the patterns that keep you shrinking, over‑functioning, or waiting for permission
- Connect your current leadership, money, and relationship dynamics to the stories you were handed
You leave Day 1 knowing exactly what you’re loyal to, and what it’s costing you.

Day 2: Visceral Rupture
Morning: Teaching & Somatic Processing
We deepen the work with:
- Teaching on rupture, nervous system, and authority
- Practices to safely feel anger, grief, and desire without bypassing or exploding
Afternoon: Field workÂ
You deepen what you’ve learned, clear what you’re ready to release, and solidify who you're becoming.

 Evening: Group eventÂ
We gather for a special evening to integrate, reflect, and name what is shifting.

Day 3: Declaration
This is where it becomes non‑negotiable.
You:
- Craft your embodiment plan for authority
- Translate your insights into actual behaviour: boundaries, decisions, conversations, money, leadership
- Script key declarations you will bring back to your life, work, and relationships
You leave with concrete authority, next level identity.
